Return Eligibility Requirements
ALL items, with the EXCEPTION OF ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, AND SUBSCRIPTION BOX ITEMS are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact MQ by email at: email@example.com within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Sale Items offered at a discounted rate or under the sale category will not be eligible for return.
- All Accessory items will not be eligible for return. (ie:Necklaces, earrings, headbands, hair ties/bows, bracelets, shoes, sunglasses, hats)
- All Subscription boxes are final sale.
- All Gowns, Homecoming Dresses, and Prom Collections are final sale.
How To Make A Return
- Return for an exchange:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify the return is on it’s way within 7 days of receiving the item. In the email describe item and size you are returning and list the item and size you would like exchange/replace yours with! NOTE: Please check item availability online to make sure the item you want is in stock!
- Exchanges will only be available for IN STOCK ITEMS!
- If there is a price difference in the item you will be responsible for any additional and MQB will refund any overage.
- An additional flat rate shipping charge of $8 for your replacement item to be shipped will be charged to you.
- Item will ship when replacement shipping payment is received.
- Return for a refund:
- EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2020: A 10% PROCESSING AND RESTOCK FEE WILL BE APPLIED WHEN PROCESSING!
- Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are refunded back by the original form of payment.
- No returns for store credit. Unless exchange is done in the same transaction.
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! MQB is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
- Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
- Send returns to the following address:
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed or contacted when your return has been processed!
- NOTE: Ineligible items received that do not meet the eligibility return/exchange requirements listed above will not be refunded/credited to buyer and will be donated to MQB’s favorite charity! Please check to make sure your items are eligible for return or exchange BEFORE sending them to avoid this.
